Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Building Automation Systems (BAS) Controls Specialist to join our global team. This full-time salaried role offers up to $125K annually and involves extensive international travel to support high-impact BAS projects across diverse regions. You'll work with cutting-edge platforms like Tridium Niagara, Distech Controls, and Honeywell, delivering smart building solutions worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end BAS projects: programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Configure and program Tridium Niagara systems; experience with Distech or Honeywell is highly valued.
- Collaborate with international clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Travel globally to job sites (75% travel), with all travel expenses fully covered.
- Maintain detailed documentation, perform system testing, and provide remote and on-site technical support.
- Ensure compliance with global industry standards and client specifications.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in BAS controls, including Tridium Niagara programming.
- Proven ability to manage projects independently, including scheduling and client coordination.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical schematics, and networking protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously in diverse environments.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally on a frequent basis.
