🚀 What You'll Do:
- Lead and win environmental projects involving permitting, stream assessments, and ecological services.
- Manage CEQA/NEPA, 401/404 permitting, and agency coordination with confidence.
- Apply natural channel design principles and modeling tools like HEC-RAS and FEMA CLOMRs/LOMRs.
- Develop full plan sets for regulatory approvals and navigate local permitting processes.
- Cross-sell services including PFAS consulting, vapor intrusion, air quality, brownfields, and more.
- Spearhead proposals, bids, and presentations while collaborating with technical and operational teams.
- Represent the firm at industry events, publish thought leadership, and build lasting client relationships.
🎯 What You Bring:
- Bachelor's or higher in Environmental Science, Ecology, Geology, or related field.
- 15+ years of industry experience, including 5+ years in business development and project leadership.
- Strong technical writing and communication skills.
- Proven track record of revenue generation and client development.
- Professional certifications (PE, PG, CPG, etc.) are a major plus.
