  • Compensation & Career Path
    Competitive salary range of $125K-$170K, with a revised bonus structure in development. We promote from within and support long-term career growth.

🧭 Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Background in geotechnical engineering, with leadership experience or strong potential
  • Licensed PE preferred; open to candidates with strong technical and business acumen
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage clients and mentor staff
  • Familiarity with the Raleigh market and regional connections
  • Comfortable with hybrid work and regular office presence
