Licensed Surveyor | New Hampshire (Amherst & Concord)
The Survey Management role encompasses oversight and management of a broad range of survey projects and requires strong technical capability, accuracy, and independent judgement. The position contributes significantly to project delivery, client coordination, and team support.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversight and management of survey projects, including:
- Boundary surveys
- Topographic surveys
- Route surveys
- Construction layout
- As‑built surveys and certifications
- Completion of town and registry research.
- Supervision and mentoring of junior survey staff.
- Coordination with other project managers to ensure efficient project execution.
- Management of client communication and expectations.
- Survey data processing and preparation of drafting deliverables.
- Contribution to development design and permitting tasks.
- Independent execution of work with limited supervision while supporting a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and/or Carlson Civil Suite.
- Possession of a Surveyor in Training (SIT) certification.
- Management/PM experience preferred
- Associate degree in surveying or engineering science preferred, though not required.
- Ability to manage diverse survey assignments with a high level of responsibility and accountability.
- Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented approach.
