About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Owners Representative - MEP Project Manager to oversee the delivery of hyperscale data center projects valued at over $300 million for our US based client. This is a remote / hybrid position with significant travel to Kansas required. The successful candidate will act as the client's representative, ensuring that all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) scopes are executed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage MEP construction teams on large-scale data center projects.
- Oversee hyperscale scopes of work, ensuring compliance with design, schedule, and budget.
- Act as the primary liaison between the client and contractors, driving accountability and performance.
- Provide hands-on support during critical phases of construction and commissioning.
- Monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven track record of managing MEP construction teams on data center projects.
- Experience with hyperscale data center scopes and complex infrastructure systems.
- Strong technical background with hands-on construction experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel extensively to project sites in Kansas.
