The company is seeking an experienced Multifamily Senior Estimator to join the team in West Palm Beach. This role will play a key part in the firm's growth across the Florida market as they look to scale on an incredibly successful 2025. This is a high-impact, client‑facing position responsible for driving preconstruction excellence on multifamily and mixed‑use developments.
Key responsibilities of the Multifamily Senior Estimator include:
- Perform comprehensive quantity takeoffs utilizing tools such as Bluebeam and other industry-standard software.
- Build full project estimates (conceptual through GMP), ensuring accuracy, detail, and adherence to the firm's methodology.
- Engage directly with local subcontractors to obtain real-time pricing, develop bid packages, and support the procurement strategy.
- Lead or support early budget exercises for business development pursuits and client discussions.
- Support internal checks and benchmarking against historical data and comparable project types.
Key requirements of the Multifamily Senior Estimator include:
- Direct estimating experience, ideally within multifamily, mixed‑use, or commercial sectors.
- Proficiency in takeoffs and full estimate build‑outs, with a strong technical foundation.
- Experience working with subcontractor networks across Florida; strong understanding of regional cost trends.
- Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high-growth environments.
