Position Overview
The Vice Presidenet (APAC) is responsible for driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and client satisfaction across multiple countries. The successful candidate will lead regional teams and manage high-value relationships with enterprise and hyperscale clients, ensuring the highest standards of uptime, reliability, and compliance in complex technical environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Drive regional business growth, manage P&L, and lead market expansion initiatives.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain executive relationships with hyperscale and enterprise clients.
- Operations Oversight: Ensure 24/7 uptime across facilities; manage commissioning, maintenance, and infrastructure performance.
- Risk & Compliance: Mitigate operational risks, enforce security protocols, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Team Development: Recruit and mentor senior leaders; foster cross-functional collaboration across APAC.
- Vendor & Policy Management: Oversee vendor contracts and enforce operational policies and procedures.
- Industry Representation: Act as a regional spokesperson at conferences and strategic meetings.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 15+ years in senior leadership within mission-critical or data center sectors; multi-country team management.
- Education: Engineering degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems, commissioning, and 24/7 operations.
- Leadership: Proven ability to build high-performing teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Compliance & Risk: Strong background in regulatory standards, risk mitigation, and security protocols.
- Financial Acumen: Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and capital project oversight.
- Communication & Culture: Exceptional communicator with cross-cultural leadership experience in APAC.
