The company is seeking an experienced Healthcare Project Manager to join the team. This role is critical due to upcoming project demands. The ideal candidate will step in quickly to manage ongoing healthcare projects and ensure seamless execution.
Key responsibilities of the Healthcare Project Manager include:
- Oversee healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with permitting authorities and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including APMs, superintendents, and labor crews.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure clear communication throughout the project life-cycle.
Key requirements of the Healthcare Project Manager include:
- 3+ years as a Project Manager in healthcare construction.
- Strong knowledge of local permitting processes for healthcare facilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.
- Demonstrates exceptional business judgement by consistently delivering profitable outcomes and achieving successful project closeouts while maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
