Project Engineer/Manager - Water Treatment (PE)

We are seeking a Project Engineer/Manager (PE) to lead water treatment and infrastructure projects from concept through completion. This is a full-time, fully remote position with optional hybrid flexibility for those near our Florida offices.

As a licensed Professional Engineer, you will manage multidisciplinary teams, oversee design and permitting, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You'll have the autonomy to shape projects and the backing of a collaborative, employee-owned organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead water and wastewater treatment projects, including planning, design, and construction oversight.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
  • Prepare technical reports, proposals, and regulatory submissions.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications

  • PE license (Florida or ability to obtain within 6 months).
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering
  • 6+ years of experience in water/wastewater treatment projects.
  • Proven project management experience with strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with permitting processes and regulatory standards.
