Senior Building Envelope
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Building Envelope/Facade Consultant to join our Boston office. This role includes management responsibilities and offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects while helping shape the future of our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise in exterior wall systems, including aluminum-and-glass curtain walls, window systems, masonry, stone, precast concrete, and unitized/panelized façades with barrier wall, rain screen, or pressure-equalized performance.
- Advise on sealants, flashings, thermal insulation, and air/water/vapor barrier materials within these systems.
- Support local market development and cultivate client relationships throughout Boston, New England, and the Northeastern U.S.
- Collaborate with other regional offices and the corporate team to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings, wind tunnel reports, and technical specifications.
- Work with clients and internal teams to develop new architectural details or remedial solutions for building enclosure systems.
- Conduct field observations, condition surveys, and diagnostic testing in accordance with industry standards.
- Communicate effectively and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Prepare clear, concise reports and documentation.
- Utilize MS Word, MS Excel, Bluebeam, and Adobe Acrobat Pro for project deliverables.
- Travel as required for project needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Licensed Architect or Engineer (or actively pursuing licensure).
- Experience with AutoCAD or Revit.
- Participation in national standards committees.
