You will play a key role in leading multi-million-dollar mechanical packages, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, subcontractors, field teams, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Oversee project delivery, scheduling, and labor planning
- Manage financials including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and cost control
- Lead submittals, RFIs, coordination drawings, and closeout processes
- Ensure projects meet or exceed gross margin targets
- Coordinate across field teams, fabrication, and VDC/BIM functions
- Prepare and present project updates to clients and stakeholders
- Participate in company initiatives, training, and team collaboration
- Drive continuous professional development and technical growth
- Ensure compliance with schedule, safety, contract requirements, and quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of Mechanical Project Management experience (HVAC and/or plumbing)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving capability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
- Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Trimble, or similar software preferred
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects from preconstruction through completion
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
