必須要件（いずれか）
- 発電事業におけるO&M／運転管理／アセットマネジメントの豊富な経験
- 複数拠点・複数案件を統括したマネジメント経験
- 再生可能エネルギーまたは電力業界での実務経験

- IPP・再エネデベロッパー・大手電力会社
- 日本の電力市場・制度への理解
- 電気・機械・エネルギー工学系バックグラウンド
