LVI Associates are seeking a Partner-level professional to lead our Forensic Investigations practice within Financial Services.Our team works with global financial institutions, regulators, and law firms to resolve complex issues involving fraud, misconduct, and compliance breaches.
As a Partner, you will spearhead high-profile forensic investigations, manage regulatory inquiries, and provide strategic guidance to clients navigating complex financial disputes. You will also play a key role in business development and thought leadership within the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead forensic investigations into fraud, misconduct, and regulatory breaches within financial institutions.
- Advise clients on risk management, compliance, and dispute resolution strategies.
- Oversee complex data analytics, financial modeling, and evidence gathering.
- Act as a trusted advisor to boards, senior executives, and legal counsel.
- Drive growth through client relationship management and market positioning.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of forensic specialists.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Extensive experience in forensic investigations within financial services (typically 15+ years).
- Strong track record of leading complex, multi-jurisdictional investigations.
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks (FCA, PRA, SEC, etc.).
- Advanced degree in accounting, finance, or related field (ACA, CPA, CFA preferred).
- Proven ability to build and maintain senior client relationships.
