Teaming up with a leading solar energy firm seeking an experienced Director of Preconstruction to lead C&I solar projects across the Northeast. You'll manage feasibility, design, budgeting, and coordination from concept to construction hand-off.
What You'll Do:
Lead preconstruction for rooftop, ground mount, and carport projects
Oversee site assessments, permitting, budgets, and timelines
Collaborate with engineering, development, and finance teams
Manage and mentor preconstruction staff
What You Bring:
8+ years in solar/renewables (C&I focus)
Strong technical, leadership, and cross-team skills
Northeast-based or open to regional travel
