The Role
They are seeking a Principal Contaminated Land Consultant to join their Melbourne team. This leadership role involves managing complex site assessments and remediation projects, guiding technical teams, and engaging with clients and regulators to deliver high-quality environmental outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead contaminated land investigations including Phase I/II ESAs, site audits, and remediation design.
- Develop and oversee contaminated land strategies aligned with Victorian EPA guidelines and national standards.
- Provide technical leadership in soil, groundwater, and vapour assessments.
- Collaborate with clients, regulators, and internal teams to ensure project success.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to internal knowledge development.
- Support business development through proposals and client relationship management.
