About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives and strengthen client relationships across the Southeast. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with experience in the A/E/C industry who thrives on building partnerships, driving revenue, and shaping marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Lead business development efforts in sectors such as Transportation (DOT), Aviation, Municipalities, and Water/Wastewater.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities; manage the full BD lifecycle from lead generation to proposal submission.
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement strategic marketing plans.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, proposals, and presentations.
  • Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and networking events.
  • Mentor and manage the BD/Marketing team to achieve growth objectives.
  • Track and report on BD metrics, market trends, and client needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development or marketing within the A/E/C industry.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes for DOTs and municipalities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
