Project Manager (Capital Projects | GMP Environment)
Overview
We're looking for a Project Manager to lead capital projects across construction, facility upgrades, equipment installation, and manufacturing process improvements. This role will sit at the center of engineering, operations, and external vendors-driving projects from concept through completion while ensuring cost, timeline, and compliance targets are met.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end capital projects (planning, scheduling, execution, closeout)
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and project controls (MS Project)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Ops, Quality, Validation)
- Oversee contractors and vendors to meet scope, quality, and timelines
- Ensure projects align with GMP, safety, and compliance standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or construction
- Experience with capital projects (facility, equipment, or process)
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management skills
- Exposure to GMP / regulated environments preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Project and Office tools
- On-site 4 days a week
