Key Responsibilities
- Manage and produce engineering plans and specifications in compliance with FDOT standards.
- Deliver Federal Aid projects for diverse clients.
- Lead projects and studies involving roadway design, underground utilities, drainage, traffic, and infrastructure improvements.
- Provide general civil engineering services for municipal, county, and state clients.
- Support business development and client management efforts for transportation and infrastructure projects (preferred but not required).
Education & Certification
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with municipal or highway transportation projects.
- Ability to travel within the service area (must have own transportation).
- Strong organizational, written, verbal, and computer skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently while thriving in a team-first culture.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in OpenRoads and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D.
