- Develop and manage an effective sales network.
- Focus on the irrigation market to do product sales (including filters and valves).
- Create and innovate efficient sales and marketing strategies for your territory.
- Monitor sales team performance.
We are looking for individuals:
- 5 - 10 years+ inside sales experience in a company dedicated to the water industry and is well-versed in the water sector.
- Excellent communication with 'people skillls'.
- Who can understand customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Strong ability in managing teams.
