Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operation of new construction projects
- Ensure safety, compliance, and quality regulations are followed
- Communicate project progress with clients and other management professionals
- Manage subcontractors and construction site organization
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management
- Experienced in office, health care, High-Rise, K-12, or Multifamily projects in Austin
- Familiarity with regulatory construction standards
