Work alongside business development and sales to analyse project plans, requirements and specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Establish the cost of labor and equipment
- Put together precise quantity takeoffs and materials pricing
- Evaluate all bid documents
- Ability to assess technical system details and give feedback on completeness of design and functionality
- Ability to discover value engineering opportunities within a bid to lessen overall cost
- Production of Estimating cost sheet and proposals
- In charge of surveying bid packages to acquire information on the system environment before bid finalisation
Qualifications:
- Thorough knowledge of AV System Design and Integration
- Experience with Audio Visual solutions
- Be able to interpret CAD design drawings
- Experience in various low voltage technologies is a bonus
- CTS, CTS-D or CTS-I certifications preferred
- Proficient in Excel
