| AV Quality Assurance Technician |

| Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM as applicable |
COMPENSATION: |
| Non-Exempt (Hourly), and standard benefits package subject to company policy. |
Responsibilities:
- Perform Quality Assurance checks on all fabricated systems according toVerrex Process and Procedures :
- Post-Fabrication Quality Assurance:
- Ensure Verrex Wiring Standards have been met in fabrication
- Check prints and assembly to ensure all equipment is installed
- Review all documentation for notes, special details, and or instructions
- System Checkout Wire
- Update and document System Checkout throughout the QA Process
- Connect all equipment according to the approved engineering schematic
- Verify system will function per engineer's design and schematics
- Redline all drawings for applicable changes/errors
- Ensure all DSP, Programming, and Firmware revisions are loaded into respective devices
- Ensure functionality meets engineers' and clients expectations
- System Review:
- Demonstrate all system functions to the engineer for approval and signoff
- Client Demonstration( If Scheduled by PM)
- System Breakdown
- Prepare all equipment for field delivery/installation
- Copy SAB'S - 2 Copies to the field and original engineering admin
- Stage equipment to S/R General Staging in coordination with S/R personnel
- Post-Fabrication Quality Assurance:
- Additional Responsibilities up to and including:
- RMA'S for defective equipment
- Assist other departments to ensure project completion
- Test and certify standalone devices, and OFE equipment as scheduled by PM
- R&D as required by Sales, Engineering, and Vendors
- Support Internal System Integration and Servicing
- Assist and Support Installation and Service Technicians as needed
- Assist and Support training of new hires
- Recommend changes to policies and procedures that will increase quality and efficiency in the department
- Ability to maintain a professional manner
- Must have the capability to comply with all safety rules and regulations required by clients for site visitation.
