LVI Associates have partnered with a a national electrical contractor whose Charlotte office is dramatically expanding its BIM team.
Successful candidates will have 3+years in a comparable role at another electrical contractor.
Role/Responsibility:
- Lead & develop BIM Team that includes:
- Coordinators
- Modelers - Manage software products + staying up to date on Revit & BIM best practices
- Provide quality control for completeness & adherence to company standards
- Provide internal training to staff
- Insure continuing education amongst team
- Work alongside Business Development & Precon in project pursuits
- Revit modeller/detailer for an electrical contractor
- 5-10 years' experience
- 3-5 years' experience (Entry Level)
- Highly proficient with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and Navis clash detection.
- Effective communication with client and trades personnel.
