My client is one of the most well known consulting firms in NYC, with a large presence and strong reputation. They have managed to retain all employees during lockdown, and now are looking to kick start their growth by bringing on 5 professionals - Architects, Engineers and Unlicensed Professionals.
In Manhattan, they are searching a forensic engineer to come and work on a range of projects including, but not limited to: Engineering Analysis, Landmark & Historic Preservation, Parking Garage Inspections, Forensic Analysis, Architectural Design, FISP (Local Law 11), Special Inspections, Damage + Repair Assessment & Construction Administration
Key Requirements Include:
- Experience in Building Envelope Consulting or Forensic Structural Engineering or any of the following: Engineering Analysis, Landmark & Historic Preservation, Parking Garage Inspections, Forensic Analysis, Architectural Design, FISP (Local Law 11), Special Inspections, Damage + Repair Assessment & Construction Administration
- 3 + Years enginering experience
- BS degree in structural/civil engineering
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- PE or EIT Preferred but not required
