My client is looking for a 3+ year engineer with experience in structural and civil engineering; specifically with experience in building systems; including structural design, evaluation of building envelope systems and a range of building materials to fill a project manager level position with a start up engineering and architecture group in Boston.
The most important aspect of this position is the cultural fit - my client is very picky about who they look to hire. A background in both structural design and building systems engineering is preferable - however this firm is dynamic and open minded and they reward tenure and ambition.
