Role Overview:
- The Project Engineer/Architect must have a minimum 5 years' experience and hold a Bachelors in Civil or Structural Engineering or Architecture. They will be required to work on a broad range of diagnostic investigations under the direction of senior members of the team involving damage and deterioration of existing structures as well as condition assessment studies for property owners and managers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct investigations and assessments under senior staff supervision to prepare precise technical reports and repair documents
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Execute all repair design and drafting tasks
- Assist Project Managers and senior staff with assigned technical tasks
- Create technical specifications
- Train, mentor, and guide Staff Engineers and Interns as needed
- Require a Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years' experience
- Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Preferably have prior design and/or investigation experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit
- Experienced with MS Office applications
