An expanding heavy civil contractor is currently seeking an Estimator to add to their office in West Palm Beach, FL. With projects spanning from Fort Lauderdale all the way up to the Cocoa, FL, area, this contractor chases after private civil site development work and has been very successful in winning projects. They also have a great work culture, as demonstrated by their extremely low turnover rate and backbone of long-term staff.
The Estimator should have the following qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years' experience estimating civil earthwork projects
- Strong experience estimating projects involving mass earthwork, excavation, and underground wet utilities
- Strong experience with Agtek is REQUIRED
- Ability to do their own takeoffs is REQUIRED
- Willingness to adhere to company values and principles
