RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Compiles information for plans
- Assists in preparing preliminary information and specifications for plans
- Develops a variety of layouts, drawings and design
- Develops plans and designs (start to finish with supervision)
- Reproduces documents and plans when necessary
- Communicates with clients and resolves client concerns
- Manages the work for one engineering personnel
- Resolves conflicts and design problems
- Obtains permits and approvals for projects
- Coordinates with appropriate sub-contractors and clients for meetings
- Coordinates and assists with other design teams
- Coordinates with other departments in order to complete projects
- Develops client relationships
- Develops and maintains relationships with review authorities
- Submits billing information
- Submits timesheets
- Develops self, seeks knowledge, and develops other team members
