Qualifications
- 15+ years of land development related experience;
- BS/MS in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field;
- Experience planning, organizing, and overseeing Land Development projects;
- Demonstrated client development and management success;
- Ability to provide senior technical expertise and mentoring to staff and managers.
Here's What We'd Like to See:
- Land Development Experience and relationships in NW Ohio
- Professional License in Ohio;
- AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, HydroCAD and other computer modeling software a plus.
