This client is one of the largest real estate companies in Europe, with over 20 years of growth and performance within the industry. The company boasts more than 41,000 residential properties with assets of around โฌ5 billion across Germany. With over 1000 employees already, the company is still looking to grow and are currently seeking a driven and motivated Construction Manager to be a part of their of their team in the heart of Berlin.
Responsibilities:
- You will plan and carry out the maintenance and modernisation measures
- You will coordinate with the technical and commercial property management during the construction phases
- You will keep track of all the companies involved in the construction
- You will pay attention to the quality of the construction work
- You will keep an eye on control and compliance with the budget
- You will correspond with the authorities and the commissioned service providers
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience managing large construction projects in Germany
- You have a degree in civil engineering (civil engineering, architecture) or an apprenticeship as a technician / structural engineer (m/f/d)
- You have good knowledge of the VOB and HOAI
- You are a reliable team player and able to communicate well
