As a Controls Engineer (m/f/d) you support projects from concept creation to commissioning. The aim of the position is technical project management for our key customers in the area of software and control technology. The position is located in the engineering team.
Tasks and Responsibilities
* Programming and configuration of PLC controls (Siemens SIMATIC S7)
* Creation of the visualization with WinCC/WinCC flexible/TIA Portal
* Carrying out functional tests and troubleshooting
* Technical clarifications with customers and external suppliers
* Technical advice and support for sales, global branches and customers as well as project-related customer visits
* Creation of project and process documentation for the entire project Knowledge and qualifications
* Completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics or a similar qualification (e.g. state-certified technician)
* First professional experience in PLC programming (Siemens S7)
* Knowledge of creating circuit diagrams
* Knowledge of fieldbus systems (Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet, etc.) and sensor technology preferred
* Knowledge of Python (advantageous)
* Good knowledge of English and German, both spoken and written
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
* Independent, structured and customer-oriented way of working
* Travel Includes up to 10%
