An established filtration company is looking for a Country Head to lead and grow the business in Vietnam.
Responsibility:
- good experience in sales and business development, with technical knowledge in filtration
- experience in filtration products and filtration processes
- accountable for sales budget and plan in Vietnam
- adept in value selling and negotiation
- to identify new customers and markets while maintaining relationships with existing customer base
- participate in trade events and professional societies
Requirements:
- good experience in a senior management position, preferably in sales
- leadership experience needed to lead a team
- MNC experience will be a plus
- good sales and business development track record
- fluent in Vietnamese and English
