Key Responsibilities:

- Lead project teams, including engineers, designers, and technicians, ensuring seamless project execution.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Audiovisual Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience (8+ years) in AV integration, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients.
- In-depth knowledge of AV technologies, including video conferencing, sound systems, control systems, and more.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Industry certifications (CTS, CTS-D, CTS-I) are a plus.
