This is a Director of Human Resources position for a leading Technology Integration Business in Malvern, Pennsylvania. You will become a key member of the Senior Leadership team, attaining coverage over the entire HR portion of the company.
Strategy Includes:
- Managing Talent Acquisition to ensure a robust, diverse, talent pipeline
- Succession planning for key leadership roles
- Developing emerging leaders and talent in the organization
- Driving the key principles of Engagement
- Partnering with HR Shared Services to drive engaging benefits, processes and systems for employees and managers
- Participate in the recruitment, engagement and development of HR talent across the organization
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Embed a performance management culture as a means of driving business improvement. Through ensuring clear objectives, feedback and the improvement of outcomes
- Identify and develop key learning programs
- Develop and drive aggressive talent acquisition programs, supports the onboarding process.

- Provide support on the research, design and development of HR initiatives
- Business Travel of 25-40% post COVID
Specific Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong business acumen and conflict management skills
- Ability to develop strong trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results.
- Be flexible and available to interact with employees at all levels..
- Extensive understanding of Human Resources law that underpins growth for a US Business.
Experience Requirements:
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience at Senior Manager / Director level
