Our Ideal Candidate:
- 10+ years of professional experience, preferred
- While a Maryland/DC licensed Surveyor is desired, the ability to obtain a Maryland/DC license by examination or endorsement within 6 months of employment will be acceptable.
Responsibilities:
- Establish plans to ensure schedule and quality on survey and mapping projects.
- Managing budgeting and proposals.
- Plan and implement procedures and systems to maximize operating efficiency.
- Provide management of multiple survey and mapping teams performing Boundary Surveys, Topographical Surveys, Right of Way Surveys, Legal Descriptions, Horizontal and Vertical Control Networks, Aerial Mapping, Construction Staking, As-built Surveys and Mapping, and various mapping exhibits.
- Oversees multiple survey crews and office staff and provide training and mentoring.
