We have a current opportunity for a Energy Sales Manager on a permanent basis for a global, leading technology company in Energy, Marine, and other industries. This person will be in-charge of the Energy Capital Sales Team to lead a team of 3-4 people. The position will be based in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. For further information about this position please apply.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Energy Capital Sales Team, which comprises of about 3 to 4 sales people.
- Develop and implement the division business strategy, including business planning and targets according to the Sales company strategy.
- Leading change management to adapt to new market demands.
- Carry out market, customer and competitor analyses and reflect this in strategy and plans.
- Drive sales and business development through the implementation of the business Units Strategy and Sales plans within budget.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years' sales or business development experience in the energy, machinery, automation, engine, or heavy industry sectors.
- Has technical knowledge and experience, preferably in mechanical engineering.
- Has experience leading a team
- Is able to work in Kaohsiung, Taiwan
