Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Unit Leader specializing in environmental remediation to oversee our operations in Northern California and Washington. As the Business Unit Leader, you will be responsible for leading and growing our environmental remediation business in the region. You will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, managing projects, and ensuring the successful execution of environmental remediation projects while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy for the environmental remediation unit in Northern California and Washington, aligning with the company's overall goals.
- Identify market opportunities, conduct market analysis, and stay up-to-date with industry trends to drive business growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with senior management to define long-term goals, objectives, and key performance indicators for the business unit.
Business Development:
- Lead business development efforts, including identifying potential clients, building relationships, and securing new environmental remediation projects.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts, including environmental agencies, regulatory bodies, and potential partners, to enhance business opportunities.
