Job description:
- Performance testing of structural elements, evaluation, repair and design of structural failures.
- Evaluation, investigation, and design of unique repairs for existing buildings that have experienced structural failures.
- Design and development of contract documents for the renovation, restoration and preservation of existing buildings.
-Third party peer reviews of structural failures for both constructability and performance.
- Project management and team management.
Ideal candidate:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil, Structural or Architectural Engineering
- Licensed P.E. or RA
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD or Revit
- Must have practical understanding of building structures
- Experience in field investigations and building rehabilitation including concrete repair, envelope, facade and roof assessments preferred.
- Business development experience (clients an added bonus but not a necessity).
