My client is one of the nation's leading consulting firms providing independent and expert advice to building owners, institutions and government agencies. They are a nationally recognise property loss evaluation and claims consulting practice.
In Rhode Island, they are searching for two Civil/Structural Engineers to conduct forensic investigations of commercial, institutional, high-rise and residential buildings to determine failures and defects. The ideal candidates will have experience in performing civil/structural failure analysis and investigations on damaged properties. Experience working with independent adjusters, attorneys, and/or property insurance carriers is a plus.
Key Requirements Include:
- Experience in design defects, construction defects, forensic engineering, property loss insurance and claims response, or cause and origin analysis.
- Between 7 - 20 years engineering experience
- BS degree in structural/civil engineering
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- PE required
- Citizens/Green Card Holders Only.
