My clients range from being one of the nation's leading consulting firms, to smaller, more family orientated firms, providing independent and expert advice to building owners, institutions and government agencies.
In Rhode Island, Bridgewater & Boston. these firms are searching for Civil/Structural Engineers to conduct forensic investigations of commercial, institutional, high-rise and residential buildings to determine failures and defects, building envelope work and structural design/calculations.
The ideal candidates will have experience in performing civil/structural failure analysis and investigations on damaged properties. If you come from a Structural Design Background, and have an interest in forensics, you can also be considered for this role!
Key Requirements Include:
- Experience in design defects, construction defects, forensic engineering, property loss insurance and claims response, or cause and origin analysis preferred.
- Between 5 - 20 years engineering experience
- BS degree in structural/civil engineering
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- PE preferred, EIT required.
- Citizens/Green Card Holders Only.
