JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages the work and people for one design team
- Assists with proposals for new work
- Schedules and distributes new projects among design team members
- Assists in engineering, sub-contractor coordination and client meetings
- Reviews conceptual plans and provides conceptual solutions on projects
- Assists with permitting and governmental issues
- Monitors and reports on activities, costs, performance, etc, as required
- Develops self, seeks knowledge, and develops design team members
- Must be hands on with Civil 3D
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- B.S. Civil Engineering
- P.E. license required
- A minimum of 4 years Civil Site Development Experience a must
- Experience in Residential development preferred
- Project Manager who can take a project from Concept Design to Preliminary Plans to Final CD's and is comfortable managing a team of junior engineers.
- Strong engineering skills
- Proficient with Civil 3D
- Good client and municipality relationships
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship
