Responsibilities:
- Lead and support our geotechnical design capabilities
- Provide engineering designs and solutions, in accordance with applicable design standards, supplement our technical design experience, and work collaboratively alongside our engineers and geologists to produce exceptional project deliverables
- Provide technical/quality peer reviews of other's work when not the lead designer on a project
- Provide and assist with developing opportunities to diversify our client base and project types
- Collaborate effectively within the team and support projects and department initiatives
Requirements:
-5+ years of geotechnical design experience on Department of Transportation projects and/or private sector geotechnical projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is a required
-Proficient technical writer/detailed reviewer of design calculations, structures and foundations inventories and roadway inventories and recommendations
