My client are searching for an experienced Project Engineer to help with the growth of the company. Even during these uncertain times, they continue to grow!
Responsibilities:
- Subsurface data interpretation
- Preliminary designs
- Project cost estimates
- Project proposals
- Formal design submittals & record drawing submittals
- This position will also serve as technical support for ongoing construction activities.
The following are examples of the types of projects to be expected:
Earth Retention:
- Soil Nail Walls
- Soldier Pile Walls
- Excavation Support Systems
- Slope Stabilization
Structural Foundation Support:
- Micro piles
- Underpinning Piles
- Limited Access Drilling
- Helical Piers
Soil Stabilization/Grouting Processes:
- Chemical Grouting
- Lightweight Fills
Requirements:
- B.S. in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering or similar.
- Registered Professional Engineer required.
- Strong problem-solving skills preferred.
- Professional-level verbal and written communication skills.
- Value engineering experience preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years Geotechnical experience required.
- Required overnight travel: 10%
