Position Overview:
- As the Grading Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the execution of diverse heavy civil projects in Charleston and the surrounding areas. Your expertise will guide our teams in ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage all phases of heavy civil projects, from planning and execution to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor project teams, including engineers, foremen, equipment operators, and laborers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures to uphold project standards and meet client expectations.

- Experience with NCDOT or SCDOT is highly preferred
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of heavy civil construction techniques, equipment, and methodologies.
