Introduction
LVI is representing a notable firm who is looking for a Healthcare Practice Leader to work in their newer Healthcare studio in Orlando, Florida. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the healthcare practice within the company and help build out repeat and new business in the Southeast USA, as well as Puerto Rico and elsewhere.
Responsibilities
The Healthcare Practice Leader will be responsible for the following:
- Leading the healthcare practice within the company
- Assuming total leadership or Director role within 3 years
- Developing new business opportunities
- Ensuring the successful delivery of projects
- Maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of the healthcare practice
- Managing the healthcare practice budget
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
- Being an active participant within the Orlando architectural profession
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have:
- NCARB Certification
- Fluency in Revit
- 15+ years of experience
- Proven ability to secure new business in the Orlando market.
