We are looking for a Heavy Civil Project Manager to join our team in the Orlando, Florida area. As the Heavy Civil Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of large-scale infrastructure projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, including planning, design, construction, and post-construction activities
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards
- Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies as required
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure all project documentation is complete and up-to-date

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing heavy civil highway and roadway projects
- Experience with FDOT projects in particular is highly preferred
