Our Client is currently seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer to work on planning, design and construction projects associated with Water/Wastewater projects in the San Francisco Bay Area

Responsibilities
- Management of subcontractors and vendors schedule, performance, and payments, including the exercise of decision-making to reschedule and/or re-coordinate work to ensure compliance with applicable project schedules
- Project submittals, process RFIs & shop drawings, as required by the Owner;
- Identify Project Risk and independently develop Mitigation Plans;
- Ensure accurate construction reports for the job allowing for continuous improvement in performance.
Education and Experience
- Bachelors is construction/engineer related degree required
- 1-5years of Heavy Civil Experience
- Effective oral and written communication skills, including the ability to interface with clients.
- Interpersonal skills to coordinate and review the work of less experienced engineers, technicians, and others working on a project.
- Effective public speaking and presentation skills.
- Highly organized with good time management skills
- Cooperative and assertive with the ability to work in a fast pace environment
