A global leader in the Water Treatment and Energy technology space is looking for someone to lead their Heavy Industry group in Jakarta. The company are very well known for being innovative and forward thinking which is why they are in the top of their league for technology services worldwide.
The role of the Heavy Industry Leader would entail:
- Leading a team of around 30 people in the country with the view of expanding this
- Managing a large P&L as well as identifying new business opportunities to grow this further
- B2B selling to grow the profitability of the group
- Interacting with leaders of power businesses in Indonesia to win new business
The ideal Heavy Industry Leader would have:
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams
- Operation excellence - background in sales management, supply chain and understanding of corporate accounts
- High level of drive - someone who can really drive the business to grow further
- Technical acumen - someone who is comfortable with technology
- Exposure to the power industry
