Summary: A highly regarded Architecture & Design firm is looking for a talented Interior Designer with 5+ years of experience to join our growing studio in Boca Raton, Florida. This well-known international firm specializes in architecture, interior architecture, and more for well-known clients, both in the public and private sectors. Their portfolio specializes in corporate/commercial, public/institution, and retail/hospitality work. They really look for individuals interested in contributing to and incorporating their own experiences into creating a positive, ethical and supportive environment. This firm does their most to create an enthusiastic, heavy-growth mindset sentiment across not only their Boca Raton studio but the other eleven office locations throughout the U.S.
Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities of this Interior Designer will include
- Working directly with clients and consultants within the organization
- Feeling comfortable spliting your time between individual and collaborative work
- Developing innovative design solutions
- Preparing concept designs, space plans, furnishing layouts, lighting and finish selections for different project types
Key Qualifications: The Interior Designer will be required to have
- A Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or related field from an accredited university
- Current NCIDQ certification/license or currently in the process of completing said certification
- Proficiency in Revit, with preferences from clients being on the Revit side rather than AutoCAD
- Ample experience in preparing comprehensive interior design packages, including interior architectural detailing and FFE selection
- Demonstrated knowledge of commercial and institutional furniture and preparation of FFE specifications
- Legal work authorization in the U.S. required for any employer without sponsorship
