Summary: Responsible for planning, design, development, implementation, and support of the company Information Technology along with assisting client design and implementation as required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Support the company in the area of hardware setup, configuration, testing and deployment.
- Develop company systems to support the company's objectives in multiple environments.
- Provide IT Operations support to the company as required including (but not limited to); administration, backups, server/system maintenance, monitoring.
- Provide technical support (both onsite and remotely) for company employees in order troubleshoot and resolve computer issues in Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android environments.
- Direct the technical analysis, solution design and implementation of complex software, hardware, and transmission systems.
- Provide expertise regarding Microsoft integration (e.g. tenant, Azure, Office 365, SharePoint, PowerBI).
- Support the security of the company environment and assets.
- Where necessary, liaise with internal departments in support of company and client requirements.
- Monitor and identify capacity and performance issues for IT traffic to recommend and ensure continued, uninterrupted operation of IT/AV systems.
- Assist in developing, implementing, recommending, and maintaining policies, procedures, and training plans for IT/AV system's appropriate use.
- Recognize and recommends technological improvements assessing financial impact.
- Coordinate technical and financial reviews with Purchasing and Proposals departments to ensure understanding and proper application of /UC/UC pricing.
- Keep abreast of state-of-the-art IT/AV equipment and make recommendations as appropriate.
- Manages technology assessment and recommends selection of IT/AV products and services.
- Manages the support of development of IT/AV project plans for the implementation of client installations.
- Manage and/or provide guidance to junior members of the team.
- Design and support IT/AV infrastructure and its associated software, hardware, including PBXs, and conferencing systems
- Act as subject matter expert in the configuration, installation and support of IT/AV software platforms (e.g. Zoom, Conference Room Connector, MS Teams, Skype, Flex, Crestron, Trio, BlueJeans, Google Hangouts, Polycom, Cisco Cloud)

Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology, business management information systems, or closely related field and 5 years of information technology experience in the design, troubleshooting, and administration of network systems; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in the planning, deployment and support of Microsoft Cloud Services (Office 365, Azure, etc).
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing, supporting, and deploying complex enterprise applications in Microsoft SharePoint and Power BI.
- 5+ years supporting IT Infrastructure including (but not limited to) MS Servers, managed print services, LAN/WAN, etc.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing applications in Filemaker Pro.
- Experience with Quickbooks Enterprise and the development API.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT security policy and practices (anti-virus, email security, network security, etc).
- In-depth knowledge and experience working with Microsoft tenant configurations in order to properly integrate components with IT/AV systems (e.g. address books, calendaring, etc).
- Microsoft competency training in Collaboration & Content, Messaging, Communications, and/or Enterprise Mobility Management.
- Experience with enterprise and cloud-based IT infrastructure (AD, DC, TCP/IP and routing, etc.).
- Experience enterprise VoIP telephones systems (e.g. Cisco, Avaya, IBM)
- Experience in designing and installing traditional legacy telephone systems
- Experience with SIP trunking
